Steps:

1. Open control panel.

3. Click on view installed updates.

4. After loading all installed updates, check for update “KB971033” and uninstall.

5. Restart your PC.

I have tried many times to get rid of the ” windows not genuine” error and checked all installed updates. KB971033 was not found, could also be another number update number?

  Hi Ric,
  If you have tried all the above-mentioned methods and still facing the issue then here are few quick questions for you.
  1) Which version of windows are you using? windows 7, 8 or 10 ?
  2) Did you use the patch to activate windows? If yes, then apply patch again
  3) If you are interested, you can upgrade to Windows 10 for free by installing the cracked window 7 ultimate and activate it with patcher and then, you will get a notification of a free Windows 10 upgrade.
