If You’re a typical Indian girl and you don’t have the super slim sexy body that bikini models have but you have no clue what to do to get that kinda aesthetics and you’ve never been to the gym either. Well, this is the perfect guide for you. There are three aspects to weight loss.

These three aspects will play a vital role in Weight Loss Plan For Women. Moreover, If you follow the same plan which we suggested then you can get super slim body fast. This plan is highly suggested if you are a teen girl and this doesn’t mean that it works for working women. Everyone can follow this plan and execute it with out any hesitations.

1. Diet

There is a common belief among Indian girls that if you go on a diet, you’ll lose weight and turn into Katrina Kaif. That’s not true. Dieting alone won’t turn you into a super model. Let me tell you that you don’t lose weight just by eating less. You lose weight by eating foods that have less fat. And by doing more exercise. The most commonly available food in India is rice. And all kinds of curries. Guess what? Rice has fat, though it’s a good source of carbohydrates. But I won’t tell you what has what in it cuz this article if a simple guide. So, here’s a list for you on what to eat and what not to eat.

Eat:

  • Rice
  • Non-fat foods
  • Oats
  • Juices
  • Fruits
  • Boiled vegetables
  • Chicken
  • Biscuits (not too much)
  • Green tea
  • Eggs(egg white, not the yolk)
Don’t Eat:
  • Oily foods
  • Oily curries
  • Burgers
  • Chips
  • Sandwiches
  • Pizzas
  • Puffs
  • Meat rolls
  • Ice cream
  • Alcohol
So, what’s the daily plan?
Morning:
Soon as you get up, drink 2 glasses of water
Cardio for 30-45 minutes
Come back home and have a cold shower(not warm)
Eat 4-6 slices of bread with jam (or) oats in milk (and) some green tea
30 minutes before lunch:
Drink 2 glasses of water
Lunch:
Eat rice with some curry(shouldn’t be cooked with oil) or eat fruits
Have a shake or fruit juice.
 
1 hour before evening:
Drink 2 glasses of water
Evening:
Have some green tea
Go to the gym (exercises listed below)
Come back home and have an protein shake (if you don’t know what that is, comment in the comment section below)
And take a cold shower again
Eat some fruits or oats
1 hour before dinner:
Drink 2 glasses of water
Dinner:
Have rice again with some curry (not oily)
Drink 2 glasses of water.
You can customize your diet to suit you as long as you’re eating non-fat foods. A little more or any of the foods I mentioned above is OK.

2. Cardio

Cardio means cardiovascular exercise. Basically, you exercise your heart and blood vessels. For cardio, you can do running, cycling, walking, stretching, yoga, pilates, etc. Mostly, Indian girls choose to run. So, running on roads or a treadmill is a very good exercise. This is the best weight loss plan for women if you are fatty.
But I don’t recommend the treadmill. Why? Because you run indoors and you’ll see people, and you’ll have to say Hi and they’ll say how slim you look while, actually, they’re just mocking you deep inside and they you see that, and feel bad, and you end up feeling bad about yourself.
But running outdoors is awesome. You run in the fresh air, no one to distract you. Just take your ipod with you, listen to music while you run, and when you’re really getting tired, push yourself to go a little farther. When you reach it, remember that point, go back home and the next day, try to go past that point and a little farther. And everyday, increase your goal distance.

3. Gym

Notice, that I didn’t say exercise. I said Gym. Go to the gym. Period. Or as in India, full stop. Trust me, just go to the gym. Why? I’ll tell you why. Your body has fat all over it. And running and dieting can’t remove fat from every part of your body completely. So, you have to concentrate on every part of your body in order to lose fat from that particular part. And if you’re worried that you’ll grow muscles like a man, don’t worry, just take light weights. Like 2kg dumbbells or something.

Last of all, I’d like to say that this is not impossible. You CAN do it. You WILL get slim and beautiful, but it all depends on your desire. The stronger your desire, the harder you’ll work for it. And if you work hard, your body will definitely show results. You don’t need talent for this. All you need is a burning desire to get slim and sexy. So get out there and start working out. 🙂
